My Philosophy
Each player has worth and something to contribute to the team. For some, this may show mainly in games. Others may demonstrate their contributions during practice or as leaders on and off the field. However, no matter how a player contributes, he is valued. If a player is willing to give his effort each play, he will receive the same from the coaching staff. This two-way road will develop better players and better young men in the process. The coach's job is to prepare the player for the game so he can succeed and then allow him to do it.
